Your responsibilities
- full-cycle recruitment - bringing great people into the business for a wide range of positions (finance, IT, sales, marketing, manufacturing, logistics),
- defining job descriptions, sourcing candidates, interviewing and guiding applicants through the process while creating great candidate experiences;
- partnering with Hiring Managers to understand hiring goals and create recruiting strategies;
- providing advice and support to managers and staff on all matters relating to employment, ensuring that employee relations issues are handled in
- accordance with Company Policy, best practice and legislation;
- support personnel planning, annual pay review and promotions/salary adjustments for defined areas;
- active participate in HR assigned projects (eg.HRIS implementation) and key initiatives in alignment with the Business Strategy;
- adopt and encourage a culture of continuous improvement within the HR department;
- provide local reports, data and statistics;
- supports employer branding activities.
Our requirements
- Higher education degree in Human Resources or related field (or equivalent in experience);
- Minimum of 3 years progressive work experience in the field of HR (preferably in an international organization);
- Previous experience in recruitment would be an advantage;
- Good command of SAP SuccessFactors or other HRIS systems and experience in HRIS database design, structure, functions, processes, and tools will be
- an advantage;
- Analytical skills and a drive to focus on continuous improvement. Project management skills will be an asset;
- Well-organized with enthusiasm and initiative;
- Customer-oriented, approachable and strong interpersonal skills;
- Good command of English;
- Knowledge of the Polish Labor Law;
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel &PowerPoint).
