Your responsibilities

  • Responsibility for HR processes in the company employing about 250 people

  • Administration and active daily work on improving the WORKDAY platform to support the HR area in an international company

  • Checking integrations between various systems in the company and solving issues

  • Coordinating various task with Shared Service Team for Poland & Continental Europe countries

  • Increasing customer satisfaction by resolving issues

  • Administration of the Employee Capital Plans program (HR part)

  • Administration of ​​HR data on the SAGE SYMFONIA platform (HR area) – including data inputPŁATNIK administration (applications, deregistration from ZUS)

  • Preparation of documents, reports and control over the course of processes in HR area, (creating documents related to HR scope: contracts, termination letters, annexes etc.)

  • Administration of benefit systems in the company – platform MYBENEFIT, MEDICOVER, UNIQA, Multisport

  • Raising referrals for occupational medicine

  • Administration and responsibility for employee documents including external documentation archive

  • Cooperation with the Recruitment Department in the field of onboarding and offboarding

  • Excel daily, weekly, and monthly reporting

  • Civil contract administration ( system account setup, communication with managers, creating documents )

  • Preparation A1 requests to ZUS (Posted Workers HR administration)

  • Ownership of Employee Center Knowledge Article content for Poland scope

  • Close cooperation with the Finance and Payroll Department in the field of equivalents, severance pay and other benefits.

Our requirements

  • University degree – Master/Bachelor

  • At least 3 years of independent experience in performing HR tasks preferably in international working environment

  • English fluency– daily work/reporting in English

  • Process and system curiosity – you will use SYMFONIA, PŁATNIK and WORKDAY (if you do not know all the software we can help and train)

  • Excel – advanced level – this will support your logical, analytical and process thinking

  • Very good time management, organization skills as well as good communication skills

Optional

  • Ability to work under time pressure and the ability to quickly adapt to new situations and tasks would be beneficial

  • Participating in continuous improvement by generating suggestions, engaging in problem-solving activities to support teamwork.

  • Active communication with the HR team in UK related to WORKDAY processes and enhancements

  • GUS / CIT ST reporting

In this Role you will focus on HR Admin, HR advisory for local (Polish business) as well as you will be able to participate in international tasks/projects depending on business needs, whilst consistently delivering excellent customer service. We are looking for candidates who are task orientated and like a dynamic working environment. On a daily basis you will provide end to end services for the company's Polish employees in the field of HR matters as well as you will have local and international connection with business units managers, heads (directors) related to HR scope.
