    HR Specialist


    We are looking for an HR Specialist to contribute to the smooth running of our office, by providing payroll & personal administration process, supporting on-boarding , administrate Social Found and benefits.



    • Coordination and implementation of activities related to conducting employee issues
    • Preparation of employment contracts, job descriptions
    • Coordination of employment process for foreigners (ex. job permits, collaboration with external vendor)
    • Organization of on-boaring process
    • Management of additional employee benefits (medical care, insurance, etc.).
    • Preparing the payroll according to the Polish labor law and tax rules in cooperation with external payroll office
    • Social Fund management in accordance with applicable regulations
    • Organize and record of safety training and medical examinations
    • Compliance with the legal aspects, advising the management, assistance in negotiating the terms of employment (promotion, severance and other arising from the employment relationship)
    • Supporting selected activities during the implementation of new HR initiatives, programs, policies and services


    • Min 2 year of experience as HR specialist area
    • Knowledge of foreigners employment law & rules will be a strong asset
    • Proficiency in English, both verbal and written  
    • Knowledge of labor law , social security, personal income tax
    • Can-do, proactive and problem-solving attitude, customer centric mind set
    • Ability to work in matrix, multidimensional structure
    • Excellent organizational and time management skills
    • Attention to details
