    Position summary:


    The role requires working under the general oversight of Senior HR Business Partner on a variety of HR related projects which may be local, regional or global in nature. The incumbent performs HR administration services for Europe and Middle East offices, which provide an opportunity to work with HR systems, processes, and operating mechanisms that are foundational for HR professionals.

     

    Key duties include but are not limited to:

    • Support the Senior HRBP with general HR, recruitment, onboarding, professional development activities, motivation and recognition systems, HR events and exit procedures as needed
    • Input, update and maintain HRIS data; maintain the highest level of professionalism while working regularly with information that requires a high degree of confidentiality and discretion
    • Coordinate activities related to student internship programs scheduled in assigned offices including student events, recruitment, onboarding and exit procedures
    • Prepare and update candidate database and HR reports as required
    • Participate and actively contribute to HR projects and other support duties as assigned by the Senior HR Business Partner
    • Support the Senior HR Business Partner with filing and archiving documents including creating and maintaining employee files, file transfers and managing departed employee files
    • Complete all assigned tasks accurately, timely, and in line with Standard Operating Procedures, including employment verifications, new hire packets, benefit change forms, and benefit continuation notices

    Experience and skills required:

    • At least one year of related HR experience
    • University degree in psychology, HR, management or other related area; either complete or in progress
    • Fluent English (written and verbal) is a must
    • Previous experience within a law firm or partnership environment preferred
    • Experience with PeopleSoft or other HR information system (HRIS) preferred
    • Highly organized with excellent verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to solve problems
    • Basic project management skills including the ability meet deadlines, prioritize tasks, and communicate progress
    • Focuses on continuous improvement and demonstrates an innovative approach
    • Exemplary attention to detail
