Cheil Poland is part of Cheil Worldwide ad agency network with HQ in Seoul, South Korea. We work mainly for Samsung (Poland, Europe and worldwide). Since 2018, when we have won Global Digital Production for Samsung we are rapidly growing. Our digital team is over 170 employees big, consisting of Strategists, Creatives, Analytics, Planners, UX/UI Designers, Motion Designers, PMs, Accounts, QAs, Web Publishers, Frontend and Backend Developers. Apart from traditional digital we are developing advanced solutions for retail.

 

We're looking for: HR Specialist

 

Responsibilities:

  • delivering end to end recruitment processes
  • supporting HRBP in a daily work
  • supporting overall sourcing activities for diverse business areas
  • ensuring all vacancy procedures are followed on a timely basis
  • coordinating on-boarding processes and activities, including pre-employment activities
  • supporting many small HR projects
  • preparing summaries, presentation, reports etc.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years’ experience in a similar position
  • very good knowledge of English
  • open mind and eagerness to learn new things, proactive attitude
  • excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
  • good Microsoft Office skills
