You will have a key role in:

  • Supporting team leaders on HR related topics; 
  • Proposing and implementing HR projects responding to business needs together with your HR colleagues;
  • Contacting employees and responding to queries in a timely manner;
  • Preparing and processing a variety of HR documents (employment contracts, annexes, loyalty agreements, internal regulations etc.);
  • Maintenance of employee personal files;
  • Providing administrative support to the employees needing work permits;
  • Cooperating with external suppliers and vendors in terms of social benefits;
  • Supporting overall new hire onboarding/orientation efforts;
  • Running various reports and preparing calculations as needed.

To succeed in this role, you need: 

  • Bachelor's Degree is desirable; 
  • 2 years’ experience in a multinational organization in a similar role; 
  • Knowledge of Polish labor law;
  • Fluent written and spoken English and Polish (knowledge of additional languages is beneficial); 
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office tools;
  • Ability to solve problems independently;
  • Ability to remain calm in high pressure, unexpected situations;
  • Good organizational skills.

Data recipients
