Your responsibilities

  • Provide HR Administrative Support in processes such as Personal & Employment Data Changes, Time & Attendance, Reference Letters, Certificates, Onboarding, Exits

  • Ensure the work is completed according to procedures and standards

  • Ensure that errors (if any) are identified and escalated in accordance to the procedures in a timely manner

  • Achieve the required level of key performance indicators

  • Develop solutions to problems and proactively suggest process improvements

  • Produce data reports as required

  • Stay connected with both internal and external stakeholders

Our requirements

  • Spoken and written French at B2 level

  • Spoken and written English at B1 level

  • Knowledge of data protection principles and regulations

  • Understanding of HR systems would be an asset

  • Good interpersonal skills

  • Ability to learn quickly and transfer knowledge appropriately

  • Good analytical skills, attention to details
