Your responsibilities

  • Provide HR Administrative Support in processes such as Personal & Employment Data Changes, Time & Absence, Reference, Letters.

  • Manage employees’ queries - ensure they are correctly interpreted, understood, and resolved in a timely and professional manner.

  • Ensure that each work is completed in accordance with established procedures and standards.

  • Ensure that fraud / errors / (if any) are identified and escalated in accordance with the procedures in a timely manner.

  • Agreed volume of work is handled contributing to the achievement of the unit / department / center performance target.

  • Deliver performance that meets or exceeds agreed service metrics.

  • Manage internal and external quality to the highest level.

  • Exceed customer's expectation by providing exceptional service or implementing a sustainable solution.

Our requirements

  • Advanced English and French.

  • Knowledge of HR systems, tools, and solutions.

  • Customer service orientation.

  • Ability to learn quickly and transfer knowledge appropriately.

  • Excellent organization, communication and interpersonal skills required.

  • Strong analytical skills, attention to details.

  • Good problem-solving abilities.

  • Ability to build reports with and relate to a wide range of people.

  • Previous work experience in HR Customer Service or HR would be an asset.
