Your responsibilities
Provide HR Administrative Support in processes such as Personal & Employment Data Changes, Time & Absence, Reference, Letters.
Manage employees’ queries - ensure they are correctly interpreted, understood, and resolved in a timely and professional manner.
Ensure that each work is completed in accordance with established procedures and standards.
Ensure that fraud / errors / (if any) are identified and escalated in accordance with the procedures in a timely manner.
Agreed volume of work is handled contributing to the achievement of the unit / department / center performance target.
Deliver performance that meets or exceeds agreed service metrics.
Manage internal and external quality to the highest level.
Exceed customer's expectation by providing exceptional service or implementing a sustainable solution.
Our requirements
Advanced English and French.
Knowledge of HR systems, tools, and solutions.
Customer service orientation.
Ability to learn quickly and transfer knowledge appropriately.
Excellent organization, communication and interpersonal skills required.
Strong analytical skills, attention to details.
Good problem-solving abilities.
Ability to build reports with and relate to a wide range of people.
Previous work experience in HR Customer Service or HR would be an asset.
