As HR Specialist in Employee Central, you are responsible for the professional support as well as the administrative processing of tasks with different complexity, following internal and external compliance regulations
Processing the tasks from hiring and contracting as well as work and income related changes using our case management system, e-mail or phone are part of your daily job
You may work on projects and in the environment where we use targets to measure the service quality
As the owner of at least one more complex competence center (e.g., absences, overtime, benefits, compensation) you are in close contact with relevant stakeholders and provide updates or trainings to the EC team
If needed, you will also be supporting our HR Direct (Frontoffice) or Time Management teams as part of our business continuity model

German & English proficiency (min. B2 level)
2-4 of professional experience in HR (supporting the employee lifecycle process)
Proven experience with SuccessFactors, SAP HCM, ServiceNow, OpenText, and MS Office is nice to have
Completed higher education preferably in the HR field or related areas
