As a core member of the HR Operational Services team in the Global Business Services, you will be responsible for delivering HR Service support to the HR community, business managers and employees. Reporting to the HR Team Lead, you will provide a high level of support for internal customers, with accurate and timely processing of information for all stakeholders.

Your responsibilities

  • Recommending enhancements, improvements and simplifications of existing processes.
  • Performing adequate data entry into systems.
  • Preparing information and documents for external authorities.
  • Supporting compensation and performance processes.
  • Managing employee documentation and employee helpdesk for query resolution.
  • Living ABB’s core values of safety and integrity, which means taking responsibility for your own actions while caring for your colleagues and the business.

Your background

  • Bachelor's degree.
    Previous experience in HR Shared Services for a global company will be a strong plus.
  • Previous experience in Compensation and Performance or HR Generalist role will be a strong plus.
  • Excellent Microsoft Office, Excel and SAP skills.
  • Advanced Russian and fluent business English.
  • Excellent communication skills and customer service orientation.
  • Proactivity, analytical skills and good attention to detail.
