Your responsibilities
- The Separation specialist is responsible for the separation process.
- Ensure the smooth and timely execution of the process,
- Documentation handling as required by law,
- Ensure ongoing improvement of day to day operational activities and employee support,
- Resolving employee issue and monitoring compliance with internal and external regulations,
- Monitoring key performance indicators, identifies opportunities for improvement and drives changes to do faster, Deliver better results and enhance client’s experience,
- Cooperation with upstream / downstream processes, internal functions,
- Ensuring alignment of process design, procedures, guidelines, and systems used to legal regulations, corporate and business requirements,
- Support internal and external audits.
Our requirements
- 2-3 years experience in HR processes,
- Fluent Polish and English,
- Excellent communication skills
- Preferred Professional and Technical Expertise :
- 3 years experience in HR processes in a multinational environment.
