Your responsibilities
Supporting administrative & operational HR tasks, providing customer service to Herbalife Nutrition employees and managers (Onboarding & Offboarding, Benefits Administration, Learning and Development Administration, Rewards Administration, Personnel records maintenance, Data Management, Reporting & Analytics);
Keeping internal systems updated; responsibility for data entry, data maintenance, performing quality checks and data audits;
Preparing reports from various HR systems for HR partners and managers – upon requests and on regular basis;
Supporting process design and process documentation creation as well as development of in-scope processes;
Being a part of transition & transformation project – supporting ad hoc tasks and activities.

Our requirements
Experience in HR administration, HR Operations, Employee Lifecycle, Reporting & Analytics area will be an advantage;
Bachelor's or University degree, preferably in HR or HR related fields;
MS Office proficiency (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint);
Communicate effectively, both written & verbally in English (at least B2 level);
Knowledge of any additional European language will be an advantage;
Able to work on their own and with virtual teams in collaborative situations, with the getting things done approach;
Numerate with analytical skills to interpret data, generate insight and action;
Open-minded, customer oriented and positive.
