Your responsibilities

In this position you will be the Fairy Godmother (or Godfather), making sure all our Polish and EMEA Associates are well taken care of, regarding very formal, hard HR things, like documents, HR systems and staying compliant with Polish/local labour law, as much as less formal, like buying Christmas gifts for our Associates’ children and organising company events. As a part of EMEA HR team you will have the chance to learn about different HR rules across Europe and support UK and German teammates. You will advise local and foreign Leaders on all kinds of HR related topics, and answer hundreds of thousands of questions from everybody in the office. In return, be sure, that whenever you are on any kind of leave, you will be missed very much.

If you have as much patience for pivot tables in Excel as for people, but you still enjoy working with the latter way more, then we’d like to welcome you aboard.

Duties and responsibilities:

- Serve as the HR administrative point of contact to Polish and EMEA Associates and Leaders on all HR related matters and provide assistance to them on those topics

- Ensure all Associates’ work-related documentation is processed correctly and in timely manner as required by Polish/EMEA Labour Law and Acxiom procedures

- Provide help to the recruiting team when needed (LinkedIn search, contact with candidates)

- Ensure all HR related systems are updated according to requirements

- Handle changes on MyBenefit platform

- Coordinate the on-boarding requirements for new hired Associates

- Respond to inquiries about HR employee programs and processes from a variety of sources

- Provide regular as well as ad-hoc HR reports, data and statistics

Our requirements

  • Experience in HR administration (very good knowledge of Polish Labour Law and Social Security Regulations)

  • Knowledge of HR admin/payroll systems

  • Very good knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel)

  • Fluency in English, both written and verbal

  • Good planning and organizing skills with high attention to detail

  • Experience in working within international environment

  • Familiarity with Workday and ServiceNow is a plus

Optional

  • Knowledge of German labour law

  • Fluency in German, both written and verbal

  • Familiarity with Workday and ServiceNow
