    For our client, an international company with a global structure, we are looking for:

    HR Support Specialist with English and Polish

    You role:

    • You would be a part of HR Specialists Team who would be responsible for supporting company employees and managers inquiries;
    • Inquires management and personnel administration;
    • Processing requests related to company policies, procedures and personnel data changes;
    • Coaching colleagues and line managers via various communication channels;
    • Supporting a team leader in creating a knowledge base;
    • Strong cooperation with team leaders and other company departments.

    Our expectations:

    • Customer service/administration experience, preferably HR related;
    • Proficient English and Polish (min. C1 each);
    • Willingness to develop within HR, mainly personnel administration;
    • Helpfulness and will-do attitude;
    • Accuracy and people-oriented approach;
    • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
