For one of our client, we are currently looking for Candidates for the role of:
HR Systems and Data AnalystNumer ref.: BBBH492619

ROLE:

  • Support and maintain the integrity of our key HR systems (Workday, Learning Management System LMS, People.doc etc.)
  • Prepare the quarterly People and Finance dashboards
  • Create reports within Workday to support end users and the business
  • Responsible for data integrity and resolving data issues in a timely manner
  • Troubleshoot system and integration issues, including monitoring output and defect resolution
  • Implementing new system features and managing upgrades
  • Active participation in HR projects as systems & reporting SME, including process transformations and automations
  • Help create and deliver communication and user job aids to assist in the training of the global HR team and wider business community.
  • Foster and maintain positive relationships within HR, the business and employees as well as 3rd party vendors such as Workday Implementation Partners
  • Involvement in Key Initiatives
  • Development of Data standards
  • Enablement of manager and employee self-service through increased use of Workday
  • HR Processes improvements and automation.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • HR systems super user with practical knowledge of Workday - incl. reporting and effective usage
  • Creating standard and ad hoc reports including using calculated fields within HR systems
  • Familiar with standard HR concepts, practices and procedures
  • Highly numerate with excellent analytical skills, able to manipulate, analyse and present data in a clear manner to key stakeholders
  • Excellent Excel skills - e.g. Vlookups, Pivot tables and charts
  • Experience in creating HR Reports in Tableau or Power BI is a huge asset
  • Able to communicate fluently in English
  • Excellent time and task management skills, with ability to prioritise workloads in a fast paced and energetic department
  • Focus on providing best in class support and guidance to stakeholders
  • Business awareness and ability to translate business requirements into HR systems requirements
  • Sharp mind to effectively assess and resolve complex issues and problems
  • Dynamic, energetic and positive
  • Ability to see the bigger picture within a commercial environment
  • Proactiveness in taking on challenges and natural interest in learning new things
