For one of our client, we are currently looking for Candidates for the role of:
HR Systems and Data AnalystNumer ref.: BBBH492619
ROLE:
- Support and maintain the integrity of our key HR systems (Workday, Learning Management System LMS, People.doc etc.)
- Prepare the quarterly People and Finance dashboards
- Create reports within Workday to support end users and the business
- Responsible for data integrity and resolving data issues in a timely manner
- Troubleshoot system and integration issues, including monitoring output and defect resolution
- Implementing new system features and managing upgrades
- Active participation in HR projects as systems & reporting SME, including process transformations and automations
- Help create and deliver communication and user job aids to assist in the training of the global HR team and wider business community.
- Foster and maintain positive relationships within HR, the business and employees as well as 3rd party vendors such as Workday Implementation Partners
- Involvement in Key Initiatives
- Development of Data standards
- Enablement of manager and employee self-service through increased use of Workday
- HR Processes improvements and automation.
REQUIREMENTS:
- HR systems super user with practical knowledge of Workday - incl. reporting and effective usage
- Creating standard and ad hoc reports including using calculated fields within HR systems
- Familiar with standard HR concepts, practices and procedures
- Highly numerate with excellent analytical skills, able to manipulate, analyse and present data in a clear manner to key stakeholders
- Excellent Excel skills - e.g. Vlookups, Pivot tables and charts
- Experience in creating HR Reports in Tableau or Power BI is a huge asset
- Able to communicate fluently in English
- Excellent time and task management skills, with ability to prioritise workloads in a fast paced and energetic department
- Focus on providing best in class support and guidance to stakeholders
- Business awareness and ability to translate business requirements into HR systems requirements
- Sharp mind to effectively assess and resolve complex issues and problems
- Dynamic, energetic and positive
- Ability to see the bigger picture within a commercial environment
- Proactiveness in taking on challenges and natural interest in learning new things
