Your responsibilities

  • Subject Matter Expert (SME) in the roll-out of SAP SuccessFactors "Employee Central"

  • Lead and manage teams or work streams to contribute to the Employee Central implementation and overall project success

  • Participation in identifying, checking and designing HR processes, data fields and workflows, in close consultation with the local HR departments

  • Carrying out technical tests of the product

  • Preparation and implementation of training courses for SAP SuccessFactors users

  • Involvement in the setup, support, configuration, further development and data migration for the existing SAP SuccessFactors system

  • First point of contact for the further development of the defined global template, advisor for local HR departments

  • Participation in the development and support of interfaces to third-party systems

  • Customizing of necessary system extensions (e.g. for mergers and acquisitions) in the area of personnel administration and organizational management

  • Management of external consultants and the management of sub-projects

Our requirements

  • Hands-on experience of planning, configuring, and implementing and configuring SF modules, primarily EC (minimum 2 end to end EC implementations)

  • At least 5 years of relevant professional and project experience in the SAP SuccessFactors Suite

  • Extensive knowledge of SuccessFactors Employee Central module and understanding the connection between the different SF modules

  • Experience leading teams and driving their work to ensure project timelines are met

  • Project Management experience, preferably through leading (a) project(s)

  • Proven Change Management experience

  • Excellent understanding of Business and HR processes and ability to translate HR processes to an EC solution

  • Excellent communication skills and ability to explain technical solutions and educate others within SuccessFactors

  • Fluent in English, spoken and written

Optional

  • Bachelor's degree strongly preferred or equivalent experience in application development and programming

  • Knowledge of SAP HCM

  • SAP EC certification

  • Knowledge of German will be an asset

Job description

We are looking for a Success Factors (SF) Employee Central Specialist to support the roll-out/implementation of the module into our existing HRIS & SuccessFactors configuration and development of surrounding processes. After the roll-out, you will be responsible for the EC module, meaning solving issues, implementing future developments (both in technical and operational context), release management and training of local admins. The role includes understanding the needs and requirements from stakeholders (both in- & outside HR) and translating these into concrete proposals on system or process updates as well as actively implementing them. A design thinking mindset is therefore essential for success.
