HR TALENT MANAGEMENT SPECIALIST

Job Purpose

The Global Talent Partner will support the company’s engagement initiatives through various talent-related projects and programs. This Talent function will participate in designing, communicating, executing and measuring the strategies to recruit, develop, reward and retain employee talent. The Partner role will work in conjunction with the Director of Global Talent Management to provide support, service and reporting to multiple levels of stakeholders, management and employees.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Partner with HRIS/HR Business Partners to identify & develop key talent measures/analysis.
  • Manage the global human capital planning process by interacting with the business stakeholders to consolidate their headcount needs & deliver reports for annual budgeting. 
  • Work with Finance to review forecast vs. actual headcount data throughout the year to determine opportunities to re-forecast.
  • Act as a super-user for talent related HR system functionality & act as a subject matter expert to answer questions/solve problems.
  • Help in the administration of job slotting materials, job description profiles, databases and tables related to job codes, grades, and job families in our HRIS.
  • Assist in various global talent programs & processes (e.g., performance & goal management, succession planning, talent acquisition).
  • Develop & conduct educational sessions for team members on talent related initiatives such as: communication materials, training presentations/job aids, ask the expert sessions, etc.
  • Work with the HRIS team to develop & maintain configuration of talent acquisition and/or talent management systems; assist in testing system upgrades.

Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications

  • Requires a 4 year degree in a related field and three (3) years of professional level talent management and/or acquisition experience OR any equivalent combination of education and/or experience from which comparable knowledge, skills and abilities have been achieved.
  • 1-2 years’ experience with SAP SF or any HR system implementation or platform knowledge
  • PC skills to include solid working knowledge of Microsoft Office software are required (Excel, Word & PowerPoint required; survey monkey and/or other survey software helpful; and comfort with social media postings).
  • Must be proficient in English both written and verbal communication.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Notable customer service, communication, presentation and relationship building skills.
  • Ability to cultivate credible relationships with all levels in the organization.
  • Strong critical thinking and analytical abilities, synthesizing information, and drawing conclusions.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with all levels of staff. Ability to listen, learn, and add ideas to discussions.
  • Must be detail oriented and organized, have the ability to meet deadlines, and handle sensitive, confidential information on a regular basis.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, flexible and adaptable to changing circumstances.
  • Ability to function independently and as a team player in a fast-paced environment required.
  • Experience with Success factors HRIS is a plus
