Your responsibilities

  • Managing a team of HR specialists through organizing and prioritization of running operations, workload and special projects to deliver best in class HR service support to HR communities, business managers and employees

  • Ensuring timely and accurate processing of requests related to HR Operations e.g. Employment Lifecycle, Compensation & Performance, Payroll and other processes in scope according to the defined Service Level Agreements

  • Driving a high level of Customer Satisfaction and handling escalations; Ensuring that the team meets all compliance and control requirements

  • Regular monitoring of HR operations related to Audit and SOX adherence

  • Proposing and driving process improvement / standardization and automation

  • Driving appropriate people management activities to maintain or build up a high-performance team

  • Working closely with the HR Operations teams and maintaining good working relationship; Fostering appropriate stakeholder management and collaboration platform

  • Supporting HR transformation

Our requirements

  • Bachelor's degree and minimum 2+ years of leadership experience in a similar position in the HR or Payroll area

  • Proficiency in business English and German

  • Knowledge of SAP

  • Attention to details and strong analytical and problem solving ability

  • Strong user knowledge of Microsoft Office

  • Excellent communication skills, strong customer experience orientation and proactive way of working
