    HR Team Lead – Talent Acquisition
    Workplace: Kraków
    We are an international pioneering technology leader that is writing the future of industrial digitalization. To increase the quality of our internal services and to enhance customer satisfaction we are creating a Service Center in Krakow with a global reach. To strengthen our Human Resources team, we are looking for a HR Team Lead for Talent Acquisition with previous experience of direct team management and broad experience in an HR function.     As HR Team Lead, your key tasks and responsibilities will be to:
    • Ensure, together with the Delivery Manager, that all global services relating to Talent Acquisition are appropriately set up and then delivered in accordance with the agreed standards from the Krakow Hub
    • Manage a Talent Acquisition team, working closely with the Center of Expertise in providing talent acquisition services and act as a key contact for all HR stakeholders requesting services from the team
    • Ensure the quality and accuracy of Talent Acquisition processes by monitoring execution, overseeing organization of the team and appropriately allocating work and assignments to individual team members
    • Oversee analysis of Talent Acquisition transactions to measure accuracy and efficiency
    • Lead internal controls over Talent Acquisition transactions together with the HR Delivery Manager
    • Support people development by providing regular coaching and training to the team members, act as Subject Matter Expert for the assigned HR Services and fully manage human resource planning, selection, development and periodic performance review of team members
    • Show a customer service mind-set and a proactive way of working to serve customers with a “can do” attitude when delivering HR Service support to the HR community, managers and employees

    To be successful in this role you will need:
    • You have previous broad experience in an HR function. Your prior experience in Talent Acquisition role with be a strong advantage
    • You have previous experience of direct team management
    • You level of business English is fluent. German language skills will be an advantage
    • You possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong analytical abilities and strategic thinking
    • You have excellent user knowledge of Microsoft Office and Excel skills and hands-on experience of working on ERP preferably SAP and other analytic tools and techniques;
    • You possess excellent team handling and delegations skills and ability to create a learning atmosphere among team members
    • You have got strong Customer service orientation and a collaborative and conflict resolving approach to stakeholder management
