Our client, a major and fast expanding international company, operating all over the world, is looking for an experienced candidates for HR Team Leader with German role.
Work place: Kraków
Responsibilities:
- Effective management of a team operating in HR for German speaking countries
- Organizing of the team's work
- Identifying emerging challenges and supporting their solution
- Actively motivating team members
- Cooperating with other HR teams abroad
- Maintaining of good working relationship with stakeholders
- Developing of the skills of the team through training and coaching
- Building team and recruiting new team members
- Building new instructions, process improvement
- Operating on the processes when needed
- Setting priorities
- Ensuring delivery
Requirements:
- 3-4 years of working experience in HR department
- Experience in team management as a Team Leader or Supervisor
- University degree
- Very good knowledge of German (min C1 level)
- Good knowledge of English B2/C1
- Corporate experience in SSC/BPO sector in multinational environment
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to manage team and resolving problems
- Experience in recruiting new staff members and building team
- Experience in cooperating with managers and business
