Requirements:
- University diploma or equivalent
- Min. 2 years of experience in the area of HR training & development area gained preferably in SSC/BPO environment or in the Training Company
- Train-the-trainer qualification will be an asset
- Coaching qualifications will be an asset
- Experience in an international environment will be an asset
- Fluent English (both written and spoken)
- Good command of MS Office
- Excellent communication and cooperation skills
- Excellent presentation skills

Responsibilities:
HR Training & Development Specialist plans, designs and organizes training programs in the area of soft-skills development, language skills and leadership development to support the organization business needs.
- Identifies training and development needs of staff in cooperation with leadership staff
- Initiates and organizes/ implements most suitable development tools (training/ mentoring/ coaching/ workshops/ other)
- Monitors training in selected training & development area
- Identifies and pre-selects the external service providers
- Cooperates with external training providers
- Provides training in selected areas (depending on competency level)
