Manage HRConnect Customer Experience Team by:
Overseeing and prioritizing the daily activities of the Team to ensure they are timely and accurately executed
Providing guidance and process expertise to the Team
Acting as a first point of contact in case of any escalations with customers
Promoting knowledge management culture and ensuring all process documents are complaint against company guidelines
Supporting people development by providing regular coaching and training to the Team members
Reviewing and assessing Team members’ performance
Planning the resources according to what needs to be delivered
Maintain a regimen of problem solving for optimization and continuous improvement of all supported operations in the organization.
Monitor metrics and customers’ feedback to drive productivity and process efficiency to consistently meet or exceed our internal customers’ expectations
Continuous Improvement Projects and Initiatives:
Proactively identify and prioritize operational improvement opportunities.
Lead implementation and deliver target results for projects
Participate in and drive strategic initiatives identified by Global HRConnect and AbbVie corporate.
A BA/BS degree, preferably in Human Resources Management or related field
Minimum 3+ years HR related work experience with at least 1 year of managing a customer facing Team
Excellent customer service skills
Effective verbal and written communication skills that support building strong partnerships
Ability to support a range of HR services to a large geographically dispersed employee population (within EMEA region)
Critical thinking and analytical skills with an attention to detail.
Problem-solving skills, with an ability to anticipate needs and solve problems proactively.
Adhering to data governance and privacy standards
Experience with Salesforce platform (or Help Desk software) a plus
