Your responsibilities

As HRConnect EMEA Coordinator - Customer Experience you will be responsible for leading Team of HRConnect Consultants providing HR and Payroll support and managing vendor relationships.

Responsibilities:

• Manage HRConnect Customer Experience Team by:

o Overseeing and prioritizing the daily activities of the Team to ensure they are timely and accurately executed

o Providing direction, guidance, and process expertise to the Team

o Acting as a first point of contact in case of any escalations with customers

o Promoting knowledge management culture and ensuring all process documents are complaint against company guidelines

o Supporting people development by providing regular coaching and training to the Team members

o Reviewing and assessing Team members’ performance

o Planning the resources according to what needs to be delivered

• Maintain a regimen of problem solving for optimization and continuous improvement of all supported operations in the organization.

• Identify and drive process improvements for efficiency, compliance, and employee experience

• Monitor metrics and customers’ feedback to drive productivity and process efficiency to consistently meet or exceed our internal customers’ expectations

• Serve as a key contributor on HRConnect projects, using knowledge and expertise to understand system and business processes by:

o identifying operational improvement opportunities

o Leading implementation and deliver target results for projects

• Participate in and drive strategic initiatives identified by Global HRConnect and AbbVie corporate

• Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Our requirements

• A BA/BS degree, preferably in Human Resources Management or related field

• Minimum 3+ years HR related work experience with at least 1 year of managing a customer facing Team

• Fluent English

• Excellent customer service skills

• Effective verbal and written communication skills that support building strong partnerships

• Ability to support a range of HR services to a large geographically dispersed employee population (within EMEA region)

• Effective people management, prioritization, time management, and organization skills

• Critical thinking and analytical skills with an attention to detail

• Problem-solving skills, with an ability to anticipate needs and solve problems proactively

• Experience with Salesforce platform (or Help Desk software) a plus

• Strong customer orientation and interpersonal skills. A work ethic based on a strong desire to exceed expectations.
