For our client, an international production company, we are looking for a HRIS Analyst. 

The primary focus of this position is to support and maintain the Global HRIS in addition to other systems supported by the HRIS team. The HRIS Analyst will be the technical point of contact across multiple functional areas and assists subject matter experts with ensuring data integrity, implementation, system support, system releases and testing of system changes, report writing, and analyzing business and data flows for process improvement opportunities. The HRIS analyst also supports other technical projects as assigned.

Your responsibilities

  • Provide support for all HR Systems, including researching and resolving issues, unexpected results or process flaws; recommending solutions or alternate methods to meet requirements.

  • Review, test and implement HRIS releases. Collaborate with functional and technical staff to coordinate application of upgrade or fix.

  • Participate in future application implementation projects.

  • Evaluate data within the systems to ensure consistency, accuracy, security and data integrity.

  • Write, maintain and support a variety of reports or queries utilizing appropriate reporting tools.

  • Manages the projects/process improvements, including applying change management experience to facilitate movement to new levels of quality.

  • Partner with the learning department to develop user procedures, guidelines and documentation.

  • Partner directly with Human Resources subject matter experts (SMEs) to understand business processes, hone requirements and evaluate how to best implement solutions.

  • Anticipates customer needs, monitor trends in order to recommend functionality enhancements.

Employer requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field or at least 5 years of work-related experience.

  • Solid experience with HRIS systems to include configuration, reporting, implementation, and maintenance.

  • Experience and knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors cloud application, specifically Advanced Reporting, Perfzormance Management, Goal Management, Continuous Performance Management, and Employee Central.

  • Understand relation of data within Employee Central and how it relates to other modules.

  • One to two years of project management experience.

  • Knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors Learning module will be an advantage.

  • Knowledge of human resources regulations, state and federal employment law- nice to have.

  • Ability to work independently and recommend industry best practices based on business requirements.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Fluent knowledge of English.
