Your responsibilities

  • Production Support: Provide support for all HR Systems, including researching and resolving issues, unexpected results or process flaws; recommending solutions or alternate methods to meet requirements. Understand both the strategic and functional intentions for the EnerSys HRIS solutions.

  • System Releases: Review, test and implement HRIS releases.

  • Implementation: Participate in future application implementation projects by providing support to requirement gathering and documentation, business process mapping and design, data conversions, system configurations, testing, deployment, cutover coordination, training and system post go live stabilization.

  • Data Integrity: Evaluate data within the systems to ensure consistency, accuracy, security and data integrity.

  • Reports/Queries: Write, maintain and support a variety of reports or queries utilizing appropriate reporting tools; develop and administer standard reports for statistical analysis and ongoing customer needs (including metrics); develop and administer system dashboards.

  • Projects/Process Improvements : Manages the projects/process improvements, including applying change management experience to facilitate movement to new levels of quality.

  • Change Management Partner with the learning department to develop user procedures, guidelines and documentation.

  • Supported Region(s): Globally and being the technical/process support with APAC (Asia Pacific) concentration.

  • Primary Modules: Performance Management (PM), Goal Management (GM), Continuous Performance Management (CPM), Career Development Planning (CDP), and Succession Management (Primary contact for all related technical support, enhancements, release management; Technical SME for Data Analytics and Advanced Reporting; Ensure data connection points are consistently accurate).

  • Secondary Modules: Learning, Compensation, Variable Pay, and Employee Central with Position Management (Support and back up the primary analyst in full capacity).

Our requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field or at least 5 years of work-related experience.

  • Solid experience with HRIS systems to include configuration, reporting, implementation, and maintenance.

  • Experience with and knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors cloud application, specifically Advanced Reporting, Performance Management, Goal Management, Continuous Performance Management, and Employee Central.

  • Understand relation of data within Employee Central and how it relates to other modules.

  • One to two years of project management experience.

  • Experience with successfully working in a fast-paced environment, supporting 5,000+ employees.

  • Competent computer skills in MS Office.

Optional

  • Knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors Learning module.

  • Knowledge of human resources regulations, state and federal employment law.

  • Ability to work independently and recommend industry best practices based on business requirements.

Job Purpose

The primary focus of this position is to support and maintain the EnerSys Global HRIS in addition to other systems supported by the HRIS team. The HRIS Analyst will be the technical point of contact across multiple functional areas and assists subject matter experts with ensuring data integrity, implementation, system support, system releases and testing of system changes, report writing, and analyzing business and data flows for process improvement opportunities. The HRIS analyst also supports other technical projects as assigned.
