    HRIS Consultant
    Location: Kraków
    The challenges waiting for you:

    • Provide analytical support for payroll improvements, enhancements, and new applications in the Workday system
    • Identify solutions and opportunities to meet emerging HR/business priorities and requirements
    • Assist in the development, testing configuration, and implementation of new projects, enhancements, and interfaces
    • Perform full system regression testing for Workday updates to ensure security access and business processes are functioning as expected
    • Create and execute end-to-end test plans while providing test results to appropriate resources within each functional area
    • Develop documentation for new business processes, including updates to existing documentation based on enhancements made to existing processes and procedures
    • Troubleshoot and perform root cause analysis to resolve recurring issues
    • Ensures data is secure, accurate and timely through audits, processing and reporting
    • Workday report writing to support work tasks
    Required skills:

    • Bachelor’s Degree or minimum 3 years of experience in Workday system
    • Minimum 4 years of experience as an HRIS analyst
    • Preferred Workday experience in Benefits, Compensation
    • Advanced Excel experience working with large data sets utilizing advanced formulas and functionality
    • Proficient with data analysis and accuracy
    • Work well under pressure, handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
    • Work with cross-functional team members to manage multiple responsibilities with tight deadlines
    • Use rigorous logic to understand hidden problems and identify effective solutions without adding complexity
    • Excellent communication skills, including a comfort to present to different levels within the organization
    • Demonstrated ability to handle highly sensitive data
    • HRIS analyst: 3 years (Required)
    • Data analysis and accuracy: 3 years (Preferred)
    • Workday configuration: 1 years (Required)
    • Workday experience in HCM and Compensation: 1 year (Required)
