Our key areas of services are tax management, master data management, finance & accounting, sourcing & procurement, business transformation projects and audit services.

HRO SPECIALIST WITH FRENCH
Do you speak French (min. B2)?
Do you speak English (min. B1)?
Do you have min. 2 years experience in HR department or in Customer Service?
Do you have excellent communication skills?
Do you have customer orientation?
Do you have analytical skills and proactive approach?

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process Client employees’ queries and respond in a timely manner
  • Autonomously manage medium and complex issues
  • Competently perform all tasks associated with scope of responsibilities, and any other tasks designated by leadership
  • Manage end to end tasks related with the back office activity of the Client learning and development department
  • Support Team leaders in monitoring SLAs and KPIs and perform ad hoc analysis
  • Support continuous improvement culture by implementing projects (Six sigma, kaizen, etc)
