HTR Payroll Operations Coordinator

Your responsibilities

  • Performing HR and Payroll processes in line with global directions, legal standards and country specific requirements, existing policies and procedures.

  • Provides answers and solutions to all incoming queries from employees.

  • Data administration and ensurance accurate data updates in all HR and Payroll systems.

  • Providing active support for employees, managers and HR departments in personnel administration and payroll processes.

  • Supervision over the correct settlement and planning of working time.

  • Ensuring the accuracy of payroll calculations in timely manner.

  • Generating and sending interfaces and data for payroll calculation to external supplier.

  • Execution of payroll and payroll related bank transfers.

  • Benefits administration.

  • Supporting the customer in providing data for the purposes of external and internal controls / audits.

  • Preparing reports and analysis related to HR and payroll area.

  • Performing all duties in accordance with the procedures and regulations for the country/client, with the highest standards of time and quality, accordingly to agreed SLAs and KPIs.

  • Partnering with clients in improving processes by recommending solutions and referrals to policies/procedures, SMEs or contracted vendors.

  • Participating in identifying areas to improve communications/processes and efficiency of operations and implementing changes.

  • Performing duties according to 3M Code of Conduct.

  • Coordinating documents flow and management to ensure compliance with labor law standards.

  • Being active support for other team members in terms of questions related to processes or service for client.

  • Experience sharing and building intensive knowledge across entire team.

  • Supervision of the correctness of HR and payroll processes.

  • Correspondence with offices and external institutions.

  • Internal collaboration with other 3M departments.

  • Performing diligently all additional duties appointed by Supervisor

Our requirements

  • Minimum 1-4 years’ work experience in Payroll and HR area

  • Bachelor's degree or higher

  • Broad knowledge of HR and Payroll Policies & Procedures

  • Very good knowledge of Polish labor law

  • Knowledge of settling and planning working time

  • Extensive knowledge of TETA system – nice to have

  • Very good knowledge of MS Office

  • Knowledge of the principles of calculating remuneration – nice to have

  • Fluency in Polish, plus communicative English

  • Ability to perform tasks independently without direct supervision

  • Taking ownership of tasks assigned

  • Achieving results of performed tasks at highest level

  • Manifest outstanding standards of work in relation to: timeliness, accuracy and quality

  • Ability to make right decisions based on own judgment and research for solutions

  • Successful time management and prioritization skills

  • Very good communication skills and ability to work in a team

  • Detail oriented/accurate and thorough

  • Must to be able to maintain and retain confidentiality of data, protection of workforce data in the role
