Your responsibilities
- Collecting data from nominated Agents to estimate costs of port calls
- Cooperation with Local Agencies to provide all required information
- Checking final cost breakdown for their accuracy towards the guidelines, tariffs, contracts
- Coordination of required clarification process
- Arranging payments from the Customer to Local Ports in cooperation with other departments
- Contacting all parties in a professional way to build positive and close relationships
Our requirements
- Good command of English: verbal and written
- Computer literacy
- Ability to draw conclusions from the performed tasks
- Team player as well as independent work attitude
- Experience from a Customer Service position will be an asset
