Support the local man-agement staff with all HR processes and solu-tions
Respond to organiza-tional changes and business needs
Implement HR solutions adjusted to the business strategy and challenges
Implement and com-municate HR policies and procedures (corpo-rate and country based) within the business
Cooperate with division and country HR team to define and drive the best HR practices
Ensure HR processes and solutions are aligned to current legal regulations and corpo-rate rules
Deliver data driven HR solutions
Co-create organization culture
Master degree required (preferred: Human Re-sources Management, Psychology, Social Sci-ences, Business / Man-agement)
HR expertise - theoreti-cal knowledge and practical abilities to use HR processes and tools
Knowledge of the Polish labor law and regulations
Excellent communica-tion and social skills
Analytical competencies (ability to work with vari-ous data to support business decisions)
Pro-activeness and re-sult driven attitude
Self-development and continuous improve-ment mind-set
At least upper-intermediate level of English

The High Pressure Con-nectors Division EMEA is one of the largest businesses in Parker. Be-sides the classic DIN (Ermeto) and SAE fittings, quick couplings, multi coupler, flanges, valves, tubes, Sen-soControl measuring devices, tube forming and pre-assembly ma-chines are part of the HPCE product range and are manufactured in several locations.
The primary purpose of this role is to provide a full range of HR support to the Polish loca-tion - Siechnice, actively promote a culture where people are con-tinuously developed and empow-ered to achieve the best perfor-mance and effectiveness.
