Your responsibilities

  • To create local human resources strategy within the departments

  • To build, implement, and manage processes tied to recruitment, talent management, training and development, competence management, succession planning, compensation and benefits, employee engagement programs based on global processes

  • To conduct Employer branding activities

  • To act as a first responder in any kind of emergencies for manager and employees

  • To provide professional support to managers in organizational changes, employee and team development, as well as with the communication-related tasks and engagement activities

  • To ensure internal and external compliance of all HR services contribute and support country and international HR projects

  • To prepare and supervise of budgets for payroll and HR activities

Our requirements

  • Solid HR experience gained in a fast-paced organization

  • Functional expertise in general HR Management

  • Experience in conducting employee engagement and Employer Branding activities

  • Knowledge of Polish employment law

  • Experience in managing direct reports

  • Excellent English skills required, written and verbal

  • Practical knowledge about man-hours reconciliation is a must

  • Ability to conduct trainings and presentations
