Your responsibilities

  • track and maintain employee documentation

  • handle personal administration tasks, review and prepare data for payroll input

  • perform activities to support compensation and benefits processes

  • facilitate new employee onboarding and orientation activities (ensure workflows are completed from the date of employment through completion of the orientation and onboarding process)

  • support full lifecycle for training & development initiatives

  • provide information regarding HR related questions and issues,

  • fill and maintain electronic and non-electronic records

  • provide support for global HR activities

  • closely cooperate with the recruitment team

  • prepare and post employee communications on the company intranet

  • cooperate with partners in Poland and UK

Our requirements

  • 1-3 years of progressive experience supporting and administering human resources programs and activities

  • English and Polish speaker

  • solid organizational, communication and interpersonal skills

  • strong technical skills (HRIS, labour law, Intranet, word processing and spreadsheet)

  • demonstrated results-orientation, project management abilities and attention to details

  • must be able to maintain and protect highly confidential information

  • solid understanding of human resources policies, programs and operations with a customer-focused approach

  • effectively and professionally interacts with individuals at all levels

  • identifies trends or potential issues for further investigation
