Your responsibilities
track and maintain employee documentation
handle personal administration tasks, review and prepare data for payroll input
perform activities to support compensation and benefits processes
facilitate new employee onboarding and orientation activities (ensure workflows are completed from the date of employment through completion of the orientation and onboarding process)
support full lifecycle for training & development initiatives
provide information regarding HR related questions and issues,
fill and maintain electronic and non-electronic records
provide support for global HR activities
closely cooperate with the recruitment team
prepare and post employee communications on the company intranet
cooperate with partners in Poland and UK
Our requirements
1-3 years of progressive experience supporting and administering human resources programs and activities
English and Polish speaker
solid organizational, communication and interpersonal skills
strong technical skills (HRIS, labour law, Intranet, word processing and spreadsheet)
demonstrated results-orientation, project management abilities and attention to details
must be able to maintain and protect highly confidential information
solid understanding of human resources policies, programs and operations with a customer-focused approach
effectively and professionally interacts with individuals at all levels
identifies trends or potential issues for further investigation
