Your responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact for internal stakeholders requesting hybrid cloud resources and services providing first-level technical consulting on our portfolio.
Analyze stakeholder demands for hybrid cloud resources and services to understand business and technical requirements.
Work with stakeholders and solution architects to transfer requirements and design solutions that meet business and technical requirements.
Manage the prioritization and scheduling of cloud-related projects and initiatives using a sprint-based agile methodology to align all work and deliverables from demand intake to delivery
Develop and maintain documentation related to cloud solutions, including architectural diagrams, technical specifications, and user guides
Drive communication on implemented demands and projects in different channels (e.g. newsletter, intranet)
Build strong stakeholder relationships by understanding their needs and providing exceptional customer service.
Embrace a culture of customer orientation and service excellence
Stay current with industry trends and best practices related to cloud computing, and make recommendations for the
Our requirements
Overall 5+ years’ experience in Cloud Technologies and recent 3 years particularly in Azure & AWS
Experience with the implementation of cloud solutions in an enterprise environment
Strong customer service skills with a focus on building and maintaining client relationships.
Experience in project management and delivering projects on time and within budget.
Knowledge of platform architecture for Azure, AWS, Virtualization, consulting, and solution design.
Ability to communicate clearly and effectively on status, progress and risks
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field or equivalent experience.
Azure/AWS solution architect certification is a plus
Knowledge of software development processes at scale is a plus
Knowledge of industry best practices and standards.
Your business-fluent English enables you to collaborate and communicate with colleagues in an international environment.
You are located in Poland (or willing to relocate)

The HybridCloud Demand Manager will be part of a team which designs, builds and operates the global AWS, Azure and On-premises IT environments of Siemens Healthineers.
The ideal candidate for this role will have experience and general understanding of Cloud and On-premises IT architecture and services. Being part of the customer lifecycle team, a close collaboration with business teams to understand requirements and translate them into performant and reliable cloud solutions is key to this position. A good command of project management methods will help to excel in this role. Working closely with Solution Architects and DevOps teams your main goal will be drive the implementation of high-quality solutions based on our HybridCloud portfolio.
