Your responsibilities
- Building and developing growth strategy of the IAM team
- Being a mentor for less experienced colleagues
- Acting as a technical leader of the IAM team
- Participating in IAM strategy development, implementation, advisory and audit projects for our clients in Poland, Central Europe and/or globally
- Leading IAM/PAM projects and managing project teams
- Designing and implementing IAM & PAM solutions
- Designing safeguards and controls to manage technology risks
- Advising in the areas of architecture, design, and implementation.
Our requirements
- Hands on experience with designing IAM architecture (minimum two IAM implementation project in the role of architect)
- Expertise in IAM, PAM and cybersecurity concepts like RBAC/ABAC, SSO, MFA, SoD, etc.
- Expertise in Identity Governance and Access Management areas
- Experience in performing technical implementations of IAM solutions (preferably SailPoint)
- Experience with Active Directory, Azure Active Directory and LDAP Services
- Strong understanding of cloud services (Azure, AWS, GCP)
- Understanding of Zero Trust concept
- Experience in project and team management
- Good written and verbal English (other European languages are also welcome and are of additional advantage)
Optional
- Hands on experience with IAM Strategy development
- Experience with programming or scripting
- Experience with building highly specialized technical teams
