    Identity & Access Management Directory Services


    The Identity and Access Management (IAM) organization provides a secure, integrated, efficient, enterprise-wide IAM Services to enable efficient and effective protection of P&G information assets and ensure IT access is aligned with business need.



    As a Directory Services Analyst, you would be responsible for the day-to-day operational activities of Directory Services. This role is also responsible for executing ITIL-based problem and incident management processes for Directories either in an escalation capacity or through managing the activities of Tier 2 Operations Analysts to whom problems or incidents are assigned for troubleshooting and resolution. You will work with a variety of cloud services such as AWS and Azure and use your technical skills to run this operation on a day-to-day basis. You will be a part of a fast moving, dynamic department that will allow you to make a difference from the moment you join.



    With us, you will:

    • Be responsible for the day-to-day operations within the Directory Services sphere
    • Identify and troubleshoot IAM issues on business hardware and software
    • Work with vendors outsourcers and contractors to secure software products and services
    • Use the Active Directory to perform Access Management

    Apply if you have:

    • Experience with ITIL (and at least a foundation certificate in this) and Cloud services such as AWS and Azure
    • Experience with Microsoft Directory Services and authentication services
    • A strong understanding of IAM and Directory services technologies such as:
      • Controllers in the cloud environment (AWS, Azure)
      • RadiantLogic VDS servers
      • Azure AD Connect and log analysis
      • Group Policy Object Management
      • OSI Layers and basic networking
      • ServiceNow ticketing system
      • Active Directory (ADDS) and Certificate Services (ADCS)
    • The ability to work outside of office hours as required A work permit for Poland and the ability to work from the Warsaw location
    • Fluency in English


    This role requires CISSP certification. Candidates without the certification must be able to pass the exam within the first 15 months of the role. P&G provides study preparation and exam cost coverage.
