Your responsibilities

  • Carry out 3rd-level support for the tool for access risk identification in SAP-systems (TARIS)

  • Clear incidents in the area of Access and Authorization Management on SAP systems while observing the specified quality regulations

  • Analyze incidents, identify error causes, transfer to the Robert Bosch-internal Problem Management

  • Communicate with incident reporters, SAP Application Owners, SAP Basis teams and other groups in incident handling

  • Support specifying, testing, documenting and reporting new support functionalities

  • Identify new support cases, develop solution approaches for them, align with product responsible

  • Process/respond to questions/comments in the related support channels (ITIL tools, forum, docupedia, ...)

Our requirements

  • Experience of several years in support of complex and distributed enterprise IT solutions

  • Profound know-how and experience in area of SAP user management and SAP authorization management

  • Experience with GRC tools for access or authorization management in SAP systems

  • Very good English skills (written and spoken) – additionally good German skills and further language skills an advantage

  • Basic knowledge in SAP application modules, databases and technical interfaces

  • Motivation / open-minded to work in diverse / multicultural / distributed / virtual teams
