About the project

Fast, easy and simple External Partner Collaboration with trusted external partners is becoming crucial to stay ahead of the market, stay in touch with our partners and creating value for Bosch. Implementation of industry leading concepts to accelerate external collaboration requires fundamental changes to our Bosch Identity life cycle like:

• Extend current Identity life cycle by non-Bosch managed external trusted Identities;

• Legal compliance clarification for accepting external trusted Identities (e.g., antitrust law);

• AIM concepts for assigning and managing authorization roles for trusted external partners;

• Fast and easy onboarding for trusted external partners;

• Extend IAM product portfolio;

• Integrate, Manage, Support trusted external partner collaboration models.

Your responsibilities

  • Investigate & clarify with which company and under what conditions may a third-party (not Bosch) managed identity be trusted (in collaboration with Bosch Security and Legal Departments in Germany).

  • Investigate & clarify what other legal restrictions are potentially applicable and if needed introduce a process with optimized contract rules for external partners (antitrust law) - (in collaboration with Bosch Legal Departments in Germany).

  • Establish a clearing process to put new partner companies on the allow list.

Our requirements

  • Fluent German is mandatory for discussions with Security & Legal Departments in Germany.

  • Education: completed degree in legal / business administration or comparable qualification.

  • Personality: very good communication & negations skills, resistant to stress.

  • Working method: analytical, structured.

  • Experience: several years of experience in driving complex projects or legal initiatives.
