Your responsibilities

  • Analyze and define solutions within the Incident, Change-, Portfolio- and Project-Process

  • Understand the business issues and data challenges

  • Suggest areas of improvement

  • Review and edit requirements, specifications, business processes and recommendations related to proposed solution

  • Develop functional specifications and system design specifications

  • Recommend technical solutions

  • Coordinate and review configuration activities of SAP SD / CS / GTS and surrounding modules based on business requirements executed by our AMS partner.

  • Assist in the testing process in order to discover errors and issues in business processes, documentation or user's lack of experience

  • Cooperate with consultants from other modules such as MM and Basis

  • Look for improvement opportunities in business systems

  • Accompany national and international migration and rollout projects

  • Compile and monitor overall planning, takes over the project lead if necessary

  • Application support and training of end-users

  • Solve incidents and supports the key user in writing and evaluating change requests as part of the incident and change management process

  • Manage the Team, motivate, control and coach each individual team member

Our requirements

  • Bachelor in Applied Computer Science, Information Technology or similar

  • Experience in SAP SD / CS / GTS modules (at least 2-5 years)

  • Basic SD functionality

  • Basic CS functionality

  • Basic GTS functionality

  • Output technologies

  • Experience and a good understanding of interfacing SAP ERP Modules: SD, PP

  • Experience and a good understanding of SAP ALE/EDI Technology

  • E-Commerce

  • E-Invoicing

  • Basic knowledge of ABAP is an advantage

  • Willingness to travel between 20 to 40% is prerequisite

  • Very good language skills in English

  • Good communication skills

  • Ability to solve problems

  • Can manage clients expectations effectively

  • Independence and self-motivation, teamwork and customer orientation

The SAP SD/CS/GTS Consultant works mainly with stakeholders from the business (Sales / Service and GTS Departments) and external parties to define and document business processes and software requirements in the Area of Sales / Customer Service and GTS. The SD / CS / GTS Consultant supports, implements and coordinates Issues, changes and project in the mentioned environment as well as in the interfacing areas with the ERP System. Additionally trains Key Users. He/ she leads the assigned team in technical and organizational aspects (responsible "end to end" process - target setting - mid term review - performance appraisal). He / she is also responsible for the continuous education of the team members to support future projects and process improvements in the best possible way. You also support the budget process with your input from your department.
