We are building a German speaking customer support and transaction data reconciliation team for one of the biggest oil & gas companies in the world, operating in the German market. As an incident management specialist, you will be supporting the DACH region ensuring appropriate incident handling related to a critical SW component in close connection with the customer, as well as transaction data related reconciliations.
In this role you will have a chance to develop and deepen your expertise in complex business processes as well as have a direct impact on customer operating models. As this role is within a software organisation it is a great starting point for an IT focused career.
Location: This role can be done fully remotely from anywhere in Poland.
