Your responsibilities
Financial activities in Central and Eastern Europe
Work in accordance Polish accounting standards, and IFRS
Work according to internal core strategies, TitanX financial policy and strategies,
Preparation of business case and tracking of actual performance versus approved case
Managing Statutory taxes including VAT, Income tax,
Applying and managing govt subsidies
Preparation of the monthly, quarterly and yearly financial reports (MIS, Forecast, budget, actuals, Annual reports)
Coordination of Audits with the local and Group Auditors
Analysis and tracking of the cost saving and margin improvement actions
Our requirements
Minimum 2 to 3 years’ work experience within finance (experience within working in Big 4 Audit firms will be a plus)
Knowledge of SAP would be added advantage
Strong track record in understanding IFRS standards
Experience to deal with Big 4 Auditors
Established organization, interpersonal and communication skills
Excellent analytical skills with advance MS Excel practical knowledge
Fluent in English, both written and oral
Experience with international/cross-site organization and lean manufacturing principle
Self-driven, team worker
Flexible in business travel
