Your responsibilities

  • Work closely with the Manager to correctly manage the their inbound and outbound prospects and manage them through to closed sales

  • Achieve the agreed monthly targets on a regular basis

  • Must be able to accurately communicate the benefits of InDesk to UK based medical aesthetic clinics

  • Able to build good business relationships with their customer base

  • Ability to work closely with the Marketing Team to maximise the quality and quantity of leads generated

  • Meet all KPIs such as calls made, emails sent, meetings booked etc. on a monthly basis

  • Advocate for customers to ensure they have the best possible experience of InDesk

  • Identify existing customers who are suitable for upselling or cross selling new InDesk services

Our requirements

  • Fluent written and spoken English

  • Ability to properly communicate the benefits of InDesk

  • Clear understanding of how SAAS sales works and how to make this process successful

  • Self starter and able to find new prospects independently of marketing activities

  • Proven negotiations skills and ability to place value on prospects and plan accordingly

About the role

WhatClinic is seeking an experienced sales focused candidate to join our sales team based in Poznan, Poland.

InDesk is a new service designed specifically for Medical Aesthetic clinics in the UK. InDesk answers the phone, emails and social media messages of new and existing patients looking to attend a clinic to get treatments such as Botox, Dermal Fillers etc.

This role is focused on identifying and selling to clinics providing medical aesthetics in the UK. This will involve finding the owner of the clinic, qualifying their needs and selling the benefits of InDesk to the owner.

This is done remotely, via telephone, email and Google meetings from our sales office in Poznan.

The successful candidate will have a minimum of 2 years SAAS (Software as a Service) sales experience, preferably focused on selling into the UK, but other international experience will be considered.

They will be expected to convert inbound marketing leads into real customers via the agreed sales process. They will also be required to generate 30% of their sales target via outbound campaigns that they are responsible for creating and managing.

The successful candidate will have experience of carrying an individual sales target and will be able to demonstrate their achievement of these targets in the past.
