Your responsibilities
- Supporting the Indirect Buyer in the day to day buying and administrative activities
- Helping to match invoices as required.
- Supporting the Indirect Buyer with ad hoc tasks
- Authorizing purchase orders for release to suppliers as per authority matrix
- Authorizing payments of invoices towards suppliers as per authority matrix
- Ensuring that Health, Safety, Environment and Corporate Social Responsibility standards are considered and incorporated in every process
Our requirements
- Proficiency in spoken and written English (minimum B2)
- Proficiency in using computers, including Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Optional
- Experience working with an ERP system
- Purchasing/Supply Chain experience
- Purchasing/Supply Chain education
- Work experience within the Oil & Gas industry

General Description
The position of Indirect Buyer Assistant (IBA) has the responsibility of supporting the Indirect Buyer in coordinating the indirect supply chain activities. The main priority of the role is to support the Indirect Buyer with day to day purchasing (expediting RFQ’s, PO’s and invoice matching) and ad hoc tasks as required. The position supports the Indirect Buyer in ensuring timely responses to our internal stakeholders and ensuring our invoices are matched and paid.
