Your responsibilities
- Driving Indirect Purchasing activity in the manufacturing company for the assigned service, volumes, launch, MCIP and reporting
- Conducting negotiations with suppliers in the area of Indirect Purchasing.
- Developing good relationships with preferred suppliers.
- Leading RFQ activity in order to ascertain the best products and suppliers in terms of best value, delivery and quality.
- Measuring and track performance of the costs for given area.
- Keeping right up-to-date administration: price index management, manage billing discrepancies in cooperation with central accountancy.
- Selecting preferred suppliers in co-operation with the purchasing team.
- Negotiating in case of local suppliers and support for negotiation in case of a common supplier with other factories.
- Implementing of specific purchasing procedures in the country in relation to business needs and priorities.
- Reviewing and monitoring supplier performance against contracts and agreements.
Our requirements
- University degree: purchasing, supply chain, engineering.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience: purchasing, engineering, sales, supply chain, controlling, preferred in manufacturing company,
- Fluent English
- Experience in project management.
- High independence and meticulousness,
- The ability to think analytically,
- A high level of commitment to the duties and flexibility that are implemented,
- Focus on achieving set goals, ability to work under pressure of time and results,
- High communication skills and assertiveness.
- Experience in a manufacturing company.
