Your responsibilities
Creating trade marketing plans, tools and programs corresponding to channel and business needs,
Ensure implementation and follow-up of developed marketing strategies and action plan,
Channel strategy creation & execution,
Monitor competition activities and consumer trends and adjust the trade marketing strategies & plans to meet the changing market & competitive conditions,
Creates compelling sales force tools and activation solutions,
Constant improvement of implemented solutions and standards,
Lead effective x-functional projects to deliver the highest standards of activity implementation,
Active role in influencing decision making, by presenting project analysis and making proposals on development of required tools,
Partner with key stakeholders to provide expertise and support in areas related to marketing activities/projects,
Supporting all commercial activities with customers through development of tailored marketing activities,
Building long-term relations with key stakeholders by creating Joint Business Plans,
Drive targets & distribution KBIs per channel/CPL to properly estimate volume & NSR,
Co-Design POS materials for respective channel,
Responsible for marketing expense/budget control,
Cross-functional relationship development (is familiar with the agenda and priorities of other functions in CCHBC and collaborates well with them).
Our requirements
University degree (preferable in the areas of Marketing and/or Sales),
2+years’ experience preferably in FMCG in trade marketing/sales area,
English: Excellent Reading, writing and speaking,
Computer skills Microsoft office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint),
Understands and can interpret the consumer/shopper insight data sources available in CCHBC,
In depth competitor understanding,
Recognizes the relevance and implications of stakeholder relationship building,
Cross-functional team player.
