Your responsibilities
Support design and deployment of sourcing strategy together with commodity manager
Scout both local and international market in order to deploy new supply base
Interact with internal clients in order to understand and satisfy business needs
Manage selected supply base in order to ensure competitive components & services cost and quality
Manage and update data management systems/price list
Coordinate contract milestones, technical specs, documentation, deliverables
Evaluate and monitor contract performance following contract placement to ensure compliance with contractual obligations and to determine need for changes.
Ensure adequate documentation storing and tracking
Ensure compliance with Brembo procedures
Manage supply chain risk. Manage the supply base and manage critical supplier performance
Lead/support RFQ/RFI and tenders
Our requirements
Bachelor's Degree in relevant field
Experience of purchasing on international level in contract and risk management
At least 2-3 years relevant experience
Analytically minded
Excellent computer skills (Excel, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint)
Critical thinking and negotiation skills
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Occasional domestic and/or international travel
Fluent in English, Italian will be considered a plus
Good awareness of Procurement best practice procedures
