Indirect Procurement Operations Intern with European languages
Location: Warsaw

We are currently seeking a Procurement Operations Intern to join our program team accountable for leading a global transformation within Indirect Procure to Pay. This position will work closely with our project leaders to ensure our supplier data quality has been achieved to ensure readiness of go-live in varying countries.

What you will do:

  • Manage all supplier communications for scope, including email campaigns toward suppliers, change management communication, training and follow-up / issue tracking.
  • Revise and approve/reject Shopping carts in Supplier Relationship Management (SRM, an SAP module).
  • Validate whether a supplier can accept a PO from COUPA vs local procurement system for a period of time until the remaining country is transitioned to COUPA in future roll out.
  • Validate accuracy of required supplier data with supplier and manage all changes between supplier and Schneider
  • Validate and perform all testing between supplier and eProc tool to achieve successful test results; report all issues to project team until resolution closed.
  • Report progress to project leaders.

Experience and skills we are looking for:

  • Experience in a Global Company in areas such as Supply Chain, Purchasing or Logistics will be a big asset
  • Associate's or bachelor’s degree in process in Supply Chain, Business or Industrial Engineering.
  • Excellent communication skills in English
  • Knowledge of one of the following languages: German, Italian, French, Spanish, Hungarian will be a plus
  • Basic understanding of Purchasing or Supply Chain.
  • Able to work independently, work well under pressure, be flexible and comfortable in a dynamic and fast pace environment
  • Objective oriented, strong attention to detail and highly organized
  • Comfortable with a variety of IT systems and applications, be a fast learner and analytical
  • Customer Service oriented
  • Basic/Medium Excel skills
  • Professional, self-motivated, takes the initiative with an ability to achieve results
  • Availability to work at least 24 h / week
