Your responsibilities
Optimizing ordering processes,
Increasing compliance of source to pay process,
Maintenance of purchasing policies, instructions and procedures in all markets,
Implementing and supervising of procurement supporting tools in order to have a transparent and an efficient procurement process (i.e. PO management system),
Managing requests and enhancements in procurement systems in collaboration with system support and IT teams,
Ensuring knowledge and awareness of the source to pay process in the organization by inspecting and updating training materials and conducting training sessions,
Serving as 2nd line of support on process related issues to user support team (1st line).
Our requirements
Minimum 2 years of experience in Source to Pay corporate operational process,
In-depth knowledge of Source to Contract and Procure to Pay process
University degree or equivalent experience,
Basic knowledge from AP accounting area,
Good knowledge of English both written and spoken,
Advanced MS Office skills,
Strong verbal and written communication skills,
Well organized.
