Your responsibilities

  • Identifying & Acquisitioning & Boarding of new Partners for non-cash payments or/and e-commerce business

  • Achieving assigned targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives of partner accounts

  • Proactively leading a joint partner planning process that develops mutual performance objectives, financial targets, and critical milestones associated with a productive partner relationship

  • Ensuring partner compliance with partner agreements

  • Supporting the Partner through the boarding process

  • Establishing productive, professional relationships with key personnel in assigned partner accounts.

  • Coordinating the involvement of the wider EVO team, including support, service, and management resources, in order to meet partner performance objectives and partners’ expectations

  • Developing joined marketing and sales strategies with partners for income growth

Our requirements

  • Several years of B2B sales experience in the payments/telecomm/technology/fintech market

  • Experience of stakeholder management at senior levels within partners

  • Strong customer and service orientation

  • Good knowledge of MS-Office products

  • Very good communication skills

  • Advanced knowledge of English

  • High flexibility and basic willingness to travel

  • Very strong goal-orientation

  • Confident manner and strong negotiation skills
