Non-strategic sourcing
Tail spend management
Content management of catalogues
Data analysis and reporting
Initial management of supplier issues & support for Category Managers
Supplier and process performance monitoring
Review of Purchase Requests for agreed threshold
Our requirements
Bachelor, Master or Engeneer degree
Minimum 5 years of experience in international work environment
At least 2 years of experience in Procurement area
Previous participation in sourcing project teams (as project member or leader)
Strong communication, problem solving & analytical skills, good written and verbal communication skills
Experince with SAP (MM) system, working knowledge of SAP Ariba system will be an asset
Negotiation skills
Team player
Flexible and able to adopt to changes
Ability to work effectively with internal and external customers at different levels of organization
Proven ability to operate in a dynamic, fast-paced, deadline driven organization
Fluent English

Tactical Buyer supports procurement process on tactical level. He/she assists in implementation of Indirect Procurement category strategies by operationalizing those and providing D2D tactical support to Category Managers and Procurement Managers. Tactical Buyer is also responsible for non-strategic sourcing projects in chosen category (IT, Marketing & Professional Services, Supply Chain or Capex).
