Your responsibilities
Preparation of the concept and development of assumptions for new production processes in cooperation with the project team
Supporting the development of new products
Implementation of new production processes and their preparation for the start of serial production
Preparation of technical specifications for new machines
Cooperation with machine suppliers
Development and implementation of work standards for new production lines
Preparation and implementation of solutions to improve the production process
Preparation and supervision of process documentation during the series production launch phase
Preparation and maintenance of technical equipment for production lines
Cooperation with other departments in the company
Performing work in accordance with IATF 16949: 2016 and ISO 14001
Our requirements
Higher technical education
Knowledge of the English language
Knowledge of assembly processes
Knowledge of FMEA methodology. Knowledge of the IQRM program will be an additional advantage
Ability to read technical drawings
Basic knowledge of industrial sensors, pneumatics and mechanics
Basic knowledge of Lean Manufacturing
Experience in a similar position (automotive industry) will be an additional advantage
Personal qualities such as analytical thinking, initiative, creativity, independence and the ability to learn quickly
Ability and willingness to work in a team
Readiness for business trips
